Dominus Presents: The Ludus Games
About This Competition
The Ludus Games have arrived!
Dominus CrossFit shall open its doors for the first time to welcome mixed pairs teams to battle it out to become the Ultimate Gladiators.
We will be hosting Rx and Scaled+.
Rx movement standards (non-exhaustive):
- Bar muscles ups (1 athlete)
- Chest to bar pull ups (1 athlete)
- Pull ups
- Toes to bar
- Ring dips
- Wall walk (Open standard)
- Deadlift @ 140/100kg
- Dumbbells 2 x 22/15kg
Scaled movement standards (non-exhaustive):
- Deadlift @ 100/70kg
- Dumbbells 2 x 15/10kg
- Scaled range of motion wall walk
- Low volume pull ups (no time penalty scale option higher rep American swings)
- Low volume toes to bar (no time penalty scale option higher rep knees raises)
- Band assisted ring dips (no time penalty scale option higher rep hand release push ups)

Workouts
In a 6 minute window, athletes must complete the following for as many reps as possible:
- 10 axle deadlifts
- 10 burpees over axle
- 5 wall walks
For time:
- 30 double DB front squats
- 30 toes to bar
- 20 double DB thrusters
- 20 ring dips
- 10 double DB devil press
- 10 bar muscle ups
In an 8 minute window, alongside completion of Event 3A, athletes must accumulate as many assault bike calories as possible.
In an 8 minute window
Female athletes must complete:
21-15-9
Wall balls @ 6kg/10ft
Box overs @ 20"
Straight into male athletes completing:
9-15-21
Box overs @ 20"
Wall balls @ 9kg/10ft
One athlete must be on the assault bike throughout the 8 minute window (scored separately)
In a 15 minute window, as well as completing Event 1A, athletes must complete 2000m row for time.
In a 15 minute window, as well as completing Event 1B, both athletes must complete the following for maximum weight:
SNATCH - HANG SNATCH - OVERHEAD SQUAT
