QUALIFYING RULES:
The workouts are designed for experienced athletes who are able to perform all basic movements, demonstrate good capability with oly lifts/weights and have a good knowledge of crossfit.
Movement requirements:
Snatch 165lbs for reps, ctb, strict hspu, clean 275lbs+, ring mu
Once you have registered for the competition, your fees will be non-refundable even if you are unable to attend the competition. You can however offer your position to someone else and will need to notify us of the change as soon as possible.
