About This Competition
Welcome to Dia de los Deadlifts: A CrossFit competition!
Competition day is SATURDAY!
There will be a MANDATORY Standards meeting for all Athletes, Volunteers, and Judges on Friday 10/29 at 5pm.
The First 40 Athletes to register, and ALL volunteers and judges to register by Friday 10/22 will receive a FREE event tshirt! Additional event tshirts will be available for purchase.
The first three workouts are posted! Awards will be presented to top Three podium finishers for each Category. Sponsors include O2 Recovery Water, Born Primitive, and Lifeaid Beverage Co. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, and more!

5-4-3-2-1 Reps of the Following Movements:
Bench Press
Deadlift
Clean
Weights will increase as reps decrease.
Athletes will cycle through each station.
You will have 20 seconds to complete first 5 Bench Press, with 10 seconds transition to next lift.
Then, 20 Seconds to complete 5 Deadlifts, 10 seconds transition, 20 seconds to complete 5 Cleans.
Staff will change weights before next lifts are attempted. Athletes will continue to cycle through each bar with 20 seconds to complete lifts and 10 seconds transition.
A point will be awarded for each successful lift, for a total of 45 possible points.
Any tie in points will be broken by a tie-breaker, announced day of the event.
