About This Competition

This is the 3rd Edition of the Lithuanian Throwdown.

Each year we invite Fitness community to participate in one of the biggest functional fitness competition around Baltic States. It doesn’t matter how long you have been training, or what shape you are in. What matters is if you are ready to test own limits. A competition will motivate you like nothing else to work on your weaknesses and celebrate your victories with those around you. Are you ready?

Registration starts on August 12, 2017 and closes on September 10, 2017.

The Lithuanian Throwdown is a two-stage competition starting with the online qualification phase on September 11, 2017. The top 30 MEN and 16 WOMEN atheletes  will then qualify for the final in Vilnius on October 14 & 15 this year.

Online qualification starts on

Workout 1: 11.09.2017 - 14.09.2017

Workout 2: 18.09.2017 - 21.09.2017

In order to participate, you do not need to be Lithuanian or live in Lithuania. The competition is open to all nationalities and to all athletes training independently or in a box.

In order to identify the fittest, we invite everyone to compete in the Lithuanian Throwdown.
