**1 Partner must complete the entire workout before partner two begins, 14min time cap

Event 4: Cyclical Capacity (21min Time Cap)

For Time:

1600m Run (together)

100/80 Cal Row

100/80 Cal Ski Erg


**the workout begins with both athletes running a 400m route 4 times, once 1600m is complete each athlete will begin on the Row Erg and Ski Erg, both completing 100/80 Calories, when complete both athletes will switch machines and complete another 100/80 Calories, the workout is finished when both athletes complete the calories count on both machines.

**score is time completed, each uncompleted rep will be added to the time cap as 1 second per rep to find the team's score (the 1600m run will be divided into 8 reps, 1 for each 400m run completed by each partner).
