"Welcome to the inaugural LEVLS Throwdown hosted by CrossFit SW1, London.
In a celebration of true fitness, we have invited some of the fittest people in the UK to compete for the biggest prize fund offered in any UK based fitness competition.
LEVLS Throwdown will also serve as our platform to announce the launch of our app, LEVLS.
The workouts are designed to test your fitness. They are intended to be accessible, so you won’t find any Olympic lifting or Gymnastics. Competitors should be proficient at traditional barbell exercises and should be able to perform dumbbell exercises up to weights of 30/20kg.
Some great brands will be represented on the day including PureSport CBD, NOCCO, BLKBOX and Fresh Fitness Food."

Death by Dumbbell
Every 90 seconds for as long as possible:
5 Synchro Dbl. DB Hang Cleans (20/15kg)
5 Synchro Dbl. DB Thrusters (20/15kg)
5 Synchro Dbl. DB Hang Squat cleans (20/15kg)
*add 1 rep to each movement every round until you can no longer complete the reps in the allotted time

EMOM 4 (2 rounds)
Min 1: max bike erg calories on damper 10/8 (m/f)
Min 2: max Alt. DB GTOH (30/20kg)
1 member of the team is on the bike erg while the other does DB GTOH. After 1 minute they switch and continue accumulating reps. This continues for 4 total minutes, therefore each team member will do 2 full rounds (hitting each exercise twice).
Score = Total Reps + Total Calories (Both athletes combined)
In 10:00 find a max for the following:
1 Rep Max Shoulder to overhead
1 Rep Max Back Squat
Score = Total Weight (Both athletes combined)
