Workouts

  • 12-9-6-6-9-12 Worm Thrusters / Worm Facing Burpees - 70kg
  • On go athletes will perform the above rep range as a complete team
  • You can step or jump over the worm during the burpees
  • Score is total time taken
  • If a team doesn’t finish within the time cap remaining reps will be added as seconds to their time

•             Team – 3000m Bike / 1500m Row / 45 Single Arm Devils Press @ 15kg

•             Each athlete completes an equal share - 1000m Bike / 500m Row / 15 Devil's Press

•             13-minute time cap

•             On go athlete one performs the above rep range

•             Athlete one cannot leave the machine until the metres are complete, no tick over allowed

•             When a station is free the next athlete can start

•             Two Scores for the workout

•             Part A - Time taken for the entire Team to complete entire workout

•             Part B – Time taken for the 3km Bike

•             30 second time penalty for any intentionally dropped dumbbells

•             Team – 3000m Bike / 1500m Row / 45 Single Arm Devils Press @ 22.5kg

•             Each athlete completes an equal share - 1000m Bike / 500m Row / 15 Devil's Press

•             13-minute time cap

•             On go athlete one performs the above rep range

•             Athlete one cannot leave the machine until the metres are complete, no tick over allowed

•             When a station is free the next athlete can start

•             Two Scores for the workout

•             Part A - Time taken for the entire Team to complete entire workout

•             Part B – Time taken for the 3km Bike

•             30 second time penalty for any intentionally dropped dumbbells

·     On go Athlete 1 performs 15 Cal Bike and a 200m Sprint

·     Each athlete completes two rounds

·     When the bike is free the next athlete can start

·     Screens MUST be reset

·     Upon completion of the 6th total round the time is taken

·     Athletes will run out of the end of their lane towards the track and MUST NOT cut across other lanes

(If a judge witnesses an Athlete cutting lanes, then a 10 second time penalty will be applied)

·     Score is the total time taken

·     8-minute time cap

  • Sync Macho Man Rounds - 3 Power Cleans / 3 Front Squats / 3 STOH @ 35kg
  • On go each team of 3 will perform 3 rounds of Macho Man - 2 Athletes Synced
  • Each athlete must perform 2 of the 3 rounds
  • On completion of the 3rd sync round of Macho Man a 200m team recovery run must be performed
  • When 3 rounds of the above (including run) have been completed, Athletes will then perform max rounds of Macho Man (2 Sync) for the remainder of the time
  • Athletes do not have to run together
  • Athletes must not drop the bars from overhead
  • Any dropped bars void the round so it will not be scored - not including any rep fails
  • Score is rounds and reps of sync Macho Man
  • The run is an inconvenience and does not count towards the score

  • Each Athlete will throw the Shot Put as many times as possible within the allotted time
  • Score will be the combined distance of each Athlete's best throw
