Workouts

For Time (12min cap)

800m Partner Run

100/80cal Rower

75/60cal Echo Bike

100 Wall Balls

At 3-2-1-GO Athletes will begin their 800m Partner Run, once completed each athlete will begin the calories on the machines, once both athletes have completed their number of calories they will being wall balls; reps can be split however the team decides.

For Time:

Athlete 1:

21-15-9

Pull Ups, C2B, Bar Muscle Ups

Athlete 2:

9-15-21

Bar Muscle Ups, C2B, Pull Ups

Thrusters(135-115-95)

Details:

At 3-2-1-Go Athlete 1 will begin the descending chipper, once he/she has finished their thrusters, Athlete 2 can begin changing weights.

For the RX weights will increase as well as pull variation each round until finishing with 9 Bar Muscle Ups.

Once Athlete 1 has finished all three rounds Athlete 2 will begin with ascending chipper starting with 9 Bar Muscle Ups and 9 Thrusters, and continuing workout in reverse order of Athlete 1.

RX Thruster Weights: 95/65, 115/85, 135/105

Scaled Workout Details

Thruster weights: 65/45, 85/55, 95/65

Ring Rows will increase in height each round

Amrap2 (x4)

10 T2B / Hanging Knee Raises

50' Farmer's Carries

Max Touch-and-Go Cleans in time remaining

** :30s transition time between each round***

KB Weight: (70/44), (53/35)

Clean Weight: RX:(115/85) - (135/105)-(165/115)-(185/125)
SC:(75/55) - (95/65)-(105/75)-(125/85)

Each athlete will have one minute to complete buy-in work plus as many unbroken touch and go reps of either a power or squat clean. 

Touch and go = less than a 1sec rest on the floor or on shoulders. Athletes may pause at hang position only (not on thighs)

**  Score is the total number of reps completed in allowed time. ***

4 Rounds for Time (9min cap)

15 Lateral Burpees - Static Handstand Hold or Plank Hold

12 Handstand Push Ups/ Hand Release Push Ups to Target - Static Deadlift Hold

9 Deadlifts - Dead Hang Hold for RIg

Weights: 225/155, 185/105

Both Athletes will be working together to complete each round.

One athlete will perform the reps while the other holds the static position.

Athletes can split reps however they wish.

Max Bench Press

3 attempts to find max Bench in 5mins
