Mark your calendars for Saturday February 8th!

Swolemate Showdown hosted by Outlier CrossFit is back! The Swolemate Showdown is one of San Diego’s biggest and longest running fitness competitions. 

Last year we welcomed over 100 athletes to the competition floor. We strive to provide a competitive yet fun environment with throwback vibes to the OG throwdowns hosted at your local affiliate. This is a save the date for now, registration will open in December. 


All workouts will be released prior to the competition so you can see what you are up against.

60 SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD (135/95) (M/F)

*Every time you switch, incoming partner completes 5 bar facing burpees.

 

DIRECTLY INTO,

30/25/20 BAR MUSCLE UPS (MM/MF/FF)

*Every time you switch, incoming partner completes 3 wall walks.

15 MIN. TIME CAP

 

FOR TIME: INTERMEDIATE

60 SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD (95/65) (M/F)

*Every time you switch, incoming partner completes 5 bar facing burpees.

 

DIRECTLY INTO,

60 PULL UPS

*Every time you switch, incoming partner completes 3 wall walks.

 

15 MIN. TIME CAP

 

*Once you complete the shoulder to overhead, either athlete may start directly into the bar muscle ups or pull ups. 

*Athletes do not need to perform burpees or wall walks if they break up a set, only when switching with their partner.

*Buy-in occurs at the beginning of the 10 minute window. Each athlete must buy-in before either athlete lifts. One athlete working at a time.

*If an athlete fails a lift, they must buy themselves back in with 7 more devil press. The other partner may not lift until the buy back is completed.
