About This Competition

The west coast's premier fitness competition for individuals, teams, and masters.  

Qualifier events will be release on March 2, 2020 at 5:00 pm PST.  Follow @northerncaliforniaclassic on Instagram for updates and additional event information.  

The 2020 NCC main event will be May 29-31 in West Sacramento, CA.

*The 20 foot distance will be divided into 5 foot sections, with each section counting as 1 repetition.  Scaled athletes will continue to bear crawl for the entire 12:00, while all other athletes will transition to handstand walk after 4 rounds.
