Same Sex Pairs

RX, Intermediate, Scaled

Masters 35-39, 40-44 & 45+

Teens 14-17

 

Qualifiers

Qualifier 1, 2 & 3 Release - Monday 16th October

Qualifier 1 Deadline - Sunday 22nd October

Qualifier 2 Deadline - Sunday 29th October

Qualifier 3 Deadline - Sunday 5th November

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Pairs do not need to be from the same fitness facility, however, you will need a base to complete and video each qualifying workout together.

 

Live Finals

Saturday 13th January 2024 - Scaled, Masters 35-39, 40-44 & 45+ and Teens

Sunday 14th January 2024 - RX and Intermediate

 

Categories and Movement Standards

For those of you that may be a little concerned about specific movement standards in each category, don't be. Our qualifiers and live final events will be very carefully constructed. Just because we have pull-ups as a movement standard for our scaled athletes, doesn't mean we will start a workout with 100 pull-ups and watch some of you fall at the first hurdle. We want you to have an amazing time at our competition, we want you to push yourselves really hard and we will make sure our programming reflects that 

 

MINIMUM Movement Standards

RX & Masters 35-39

Deadlift - 120/90kg, Ground-to-Overhead 80/55kg, Bar Muscle-Up, Handstand Walk, Toes-to-Bar

 

Intermediate & Masters 40-44 & 45+

Deadlift 100/70kg, Ground-to-Overhead 70/47.5kg, Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-Ups, Toes-to-Bar, Box Jumps, Double-Unders

 

Scaled & Teens

Deadlift 90/60kg (Teens 60/42.5kg), Ground-to-Overhead 60/42.5kg (Teens 42.5/30kg), Pull-Ups, Leg Raises, Box Step-Ups 24/20"

 

We may increase the complexity of movement, increase weight and introduce movements not listed in our movement standards at our Live Finals, category and ability level dependent

 

Masters athletes of any age have the option of entering the main RX, Intermediate or Scaled categories if the movement standards associated with your age doesn't match your ability level
