About This Competition

The Hillbilly Throwdown is an individual Intermediate and Team of three Scaled competition. The Intermediate comp will be run on Saturday the 22nd of April with the Scaled comp on the Sunday 23rd of April. 

The only individual Intermediate comp of the year.

Gaurenteed to be a real test for all athletes.

Workouts will be released 14-7 days before the competition starts.
