Workouts are released online each Friday, and athletes have until the following Thursday to submit their scores. Anyone who’s 35 years old can register and join in the first stage of the Masters League season.
NOTE: ATHLETES PLEASE VIDEO YOUR WORKOUTS BECAUSE IF YOUR SCORE LOOKS QUESTIONABLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THAT VIDEO & IT WILL BE VERIFIED BY ONE OF THE MASTERS LEAGUE JUDGES.

In some circumstances (family emergencies, pre-booked travel arrangements) Masters League may choose to allow the athlete to send in a video submission after the legitimacy of their circumstances has been confirmed. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Stage Three - MASTERS LEAGUE GAMES
The top 2 athletes from each age group & division from the Invitational event will qualify for the Masters League Games.
Top two qualifying Athletes from Countries outside of Australia/New Zealand from the Masters League Open will get an automatic invite to the Masters League Games.

On 3,2,1 the athlete will start with 10 barbell chest press.
The chest press MUST start from a lock-out position, with the barbell being lowered to touch the chest & finishing to a full lock.
On the completion of the 10 chest press,
20 Russian swings will follow, making sure that the kettlebell is always above the chin height at every swing to count as a rep.
Once the 20 Russian Swings are completed, the athlete can now commence the 30 wall ball.
Starting with the squat, The ball must always hit the specified target, you must squat to the required depth for the rep to be counted.
The faster you complete these reps in the 5min block, the more time you will have in finding your 5rm on that round.
When the 5min is over, you will have another 5min & restart from the top with 10 chest press to 20 Russian swings to 30 wall balls then another 5rm in the remaining time of that 2nd round.
Following the same pattern until the 4 rounds of 5min are completed.
*Once completed, your score will be the total time completing Part A & a separate score for the total KG lifted in your bench press Part B.
