About This Competition
Get ready, this spring we're bringing the Apex Games straight to your gym.
With 4 workouts releasing over 2 weeks, and all results live ranked across the country in real time, we're going to test your strength and engine like never before!
Workouts will focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, rowing, cleaning and bodyweight (i.e. burpees/push ups/V-ups etc).
The winners will be crowned the Fittest of Apex 2021, so grab your mates and get involved - it's time to dance.
