The final event for Cupid’s Revenge 2024 will be a royal rumble.
The top eight teams will participate in "TESTS" that are released on-site. Teams will have one minute to discuss their strategy before "3,2,1,GO".
Some teams will be cut while others will get to move on to the next test.
The score for this workout will be a 1st through 8th ranking, based on how they finished in each stage of the tests.
This score will get factored into the total scores for the competition but IT IS NOT a winner take all final event.
At the sound of "3,2,1, GO" teams have a 90 second window to complete synchro toes to bar and synchro burpee box overs. With whatever time is remaining, ONE athlete will move to the C2 bike to accumulate calories. At the end of the 90 second window both athletes will move back to the bar for another round of synchro T2B and synchro burpee box overs before the other partner completes max effort C2 bike calories in the time remaining.
Teams will continue in this fashion with partners alternating on the C2 bike for 15 total minutes (10 rounds total) with five rounds for each partner on the bike.
There is no work requirement on this event. If a team is not able to get to the bike in one round, they can still attempt to continue the workout in the next round.
The score for this workout will be the total amount of calories accumulated at the end of the 15 minute workout.
