About This Competition

No Rep Apparel & Zakk Wild Introduce INTO THE WILD, it will see TEAMS OF THREE battle it out on the WOD Floor! 

Accessible for a wide range of athletes with an emphasis on how you adapt as a team!

Each Team Will Carry out 4 Workouts Across the Day!

Athletes will receive a FREE Goodie bag including a No Rep Apparel Event Tee! And Prizes will be included for the Podiums!

The event will Take place at CrossFit Verulamium in St Albans and will have a variety of Vendors including Food & Drink! 

We have 2 categories:


EVERYDAY which is inclusive for ALL with lighter weights, no minimum work requirements, simple gymnastic movements. Perfect for your first comp.


INTERMEDIATE will see heavier weights, higher reps, longer distances and more work. Gymnastic movements will include Chest to Bar. Perfect for teams who are looking to pit themselves against some tough workouts for a full weekend. Also Perfect if you want to challenge yourself to An RX Comp with less Higher skilled Movements!

Workouts

12 minute AMRAP

Part A - 
Metres on the Ski Erg

Part B - 
Total Rounds + Reps
9 Deadlifts,
6 Hang Cleans,
3 Jerks

5 Syncro Burpees Between Rounds 

2 working / 1 resting. Each athlete must complete 1 full round + 5 full team syncro burpees before switching, through the roation of AMRAP - SKI - REST.

Intermediate - 60/40kg barbells (must be a hang SQUAT clean)

Scaled - 2 x 17.5/12.5kg dumbbells (can power or squat the hang clean)

12 minute AMRAP

Part A - 
Metres on the Ski Erg

Part B - 
Total Rounds + Reps
9 Deadlifts,
6 Hang Cleans,
3 Jerks

5 Syncro Burpees Between Rounds 

2 working / 1 resting. Each athlete must complete 1 full round + 5 full team syncro burpees before switching, through the roation of AMRAP - SKI - REST.


Intermediate - 60/40kg barbells (must be a hang SQUAT clean)

Scaled - 40/25kg Barbells (can power or squat the hang clean)

 

Burn Bright

3 x 4 minute lifting windows for each athlete to hit a max weight for the following complex's:

 A) 1x clean + 2x front squats

B) 1x clean, 1x front squat + 1x jerk

C) 1x squat clean + 2 jerks.

 

For A & B, you can power or squat the clean.

For B & C, any variation of Jerk is permitted (push jerk, split jerk or squat jerk)

15 syncro toes to bar (2 in sync),
20 partner wall balls (12/9kg),
10 syncro chest to bar (2 in sync),

15 syncro sit-ups (2 in sync),
20 partner wall balls (9/6kg),
10 jumping pull-ups,
Cash Out - 
100 single unders

All teams must hold a pair of DBS (Everyday = Single DB) off of the ground for the entire workout, if these are dropped, there will be a full team syncro 5 burpee penalty. (Db weights are 22.5/15kg)

10m yoke carry
10m sandbag carry & over yoke

Score A - total lengths of yoke carry

Score B - total unbroken lengths & yoke overs with the sandbag (if a sandbag is dropped on the carry, or isn't put over the yoke, this length will NOT count as a rep).
