LOCATION: CrossFit 4055 Pure Tennis Ferny Hills 144 Samford Road Ferny Hills.

DATE: 08 July 2023

TIME: 10am – 7pm Outdoor Event - Under lights.

Both athltes to complete a 1 RM clean within the 6 min.

The score being the combined total of the heaviest successfful lift by each athelet. 

ANY VARIATION OF THE CLEAN IS PERMITTED.
