Join us for a brand new In-House comp followed by our Annual Member Appreciation Party!

Cost: $30 per person, $90 per team

Note: If a teammate withdraws, the team will need to find a replacement. Replacements can be made at any time by 12/8.

“Elf of the Shelf”
A. From 0:00-9:00:
For Total Load (Best Lift Combined)
Build to 10RM Back Squat
From 9:00-10:00: Rest

50 Synchro Burpee Box Jumps (24/20”)
Event 1A: On the call of 3-2-1-go! Teams will advance to their station where an empty barbell will be pre-staged in the rack. Teams will work for 9 minutes with each person building to a 10RM back squat, one teammate working at a time.
Note: Teams can go up or down in weight and assist one another in loading the barbell. There is no requirement to perform 10 reps when warming up to 10RM attempts, but clamps must be used for all sets.
The teams score for event 1A will be their total pounds lifted combined for each persons BEST lift.
On the call of 3-2-1-Rest! Teams will have 1 minute to rest and transition to their boxes.
Event 1B: At the 10 minute mark, teams will then have 6 minutes to perform 50 synchronized burpee box jumps, with all 3 teammates working at one time.
Note: Step-Ups are permitted for both divisions. There is no requirement to jump.

“Winter WODerland”
With an 18 Minute Running Clock…
9 Rounds, 3 Each, For Max Reps:
15/12 Calorie Ski
12 Power Cleans
9 Toes-to-Bar
Buy Out: Max Calorie Ski remaining time.
Stallions: (115/80)
Colts: (95/65) & Knees-to-Chest
On the call of 3-2-1-go! Teams will advance to their station and partner 1 will begin on the ski erg while partners 2 and 3 wait their turn.
When partner 1 has completed their 9th TTB, they will run back to the start line to tag their partner in.
From there, partner 2 will work to complete 1 full round while partner 3 and 1 rest.
Teams will repeat this pattern until all 3 teammates have completed 3 full rounds, 9 total.
If the team is able to complete all 9 rounds before time expires, they will continue on the ski erg, accumulating as many additional reps (calories) as they can.
The teams score will be their total number of reps completed for the entire workout.
Note: Ski ergs will need to be reset at the start of each round and to begin the buy out at the end as well (no rolling monitor).
“Santa Lost His Reindeer”
For Time:
120/90 Calorie Echo Bike
90 Shoulder-to-Overhead
60 Pull-Ups*
Stallions: (135/95)
Colts: (115/75) & Fixed Ring Rows
On the call of 3-2-1-go! One person will advance forward to begin on the Echo Bike while the other two rest.
Teams can break up the work any way so long as all repetitions for a given exercise are completed before advancing to the next.
There is no minimum work requirement for any member of the team.
The teams score will be their total time for the entire workout.
If the team is unable to complete the workout in under 15 minutes, a :1s penalty will be added to their time for every rep not completed.
Note: For the scaled division, rings will be fixed at the same height for all stations.
