Hold nu op en fest, vi havde til Huddle Up 2022! Der var fyldt op med super seje atleter i Female/Female Intermediate, Male/Female Scaled og vores nye og unikke Male/Female Newbie division!
Nu er det DIN tur til at teste din form - og som noget helt specielt kan du nu SAMMENLIGNE din form med de atleter som har gennemført den fulde konkurrence!
Du kan nemlig køre hele konkurrencen selv i DIN box og se hvilken division DU skal deltage i til næste konkurrence!
Vi har frigivet alle 5 Workouts og du har nu 1 uge til at udføre alle 5 workouts og dermed deltage i vores Online Afterparty!

- Husk at læse alle workouts igennem, så du ved i har udstyret til at udføre alle workouts! Det er også muligt at kontakte HCA Crossfit og tage en eller flere workouts i deres faciliteter mod Drop-In betaling (125,- pr. person).
- Efter tilmelding findes alle 5 workouts med tilhørende forklarings video med øvelsesstandarder og best-practice til opstilling af workout samt regler for video-submission-standards.
- Du/I skal filme din/jeres workout i WODProof, der er en gratis app.
- Du/I skal uploade din/jeres WODProof video til en youtube kanal (evt. privat youtube). Husk at sætte videoen til at være "public".
- Du/I skal submitte jeres score online på Competition Corner i dette event og vedhæfte Youtube link til workouten.
- Alle workouts frigives d. 14/2-2022 og alle 5 workouts SKAL være udført før søndag d. 31/3-2022 kl. 23.59.
