About This Competition

Full Refunds will be issued up until May 31st. After that a partial refund will be issued. 

Athlete substitutes are permitted until June 18th. Please email info@moafitness.com to request the substitution.  

Workouts will be released throughout the month of May.

RX athletes should be able to complete the following movements - Toes to Bar, Double Unders, Bar Muscle Ups, Able to single arm snatch (50/35lb) dumbbells and Kettlebells, Handstand Pushups, and Snatch 135/95.

Scaled athletes should be able to complete the following movements - Knee Raises, Jumping Pull-ups, Burpee Pull-ups, Single Unders, Comfortable with Dumbbells and Kettlebells (35/25), Hand Release Push-ups, and Snatch 95/65.
