About This Competition

The Battle is a two day, high intensity athletic competition combining the infamous Super Team Cup, Athlete Games, and Saracen Race into one exciting, adrenaline heavy weekend.

The Battle takes place in Kuwait annually and draws athletes from all over the Middle East and North Africa, as well as international athletes from Europe and the USA.

IF THE MOVEMENTS ARE COMPLETED WITHIN THE 4MINS WINDOW, THE ATHLETE MOVES TO THE NEXT 4 MINS WINDOW AND PERFORM 2 ROUNDS OF 8 OHS, 8 BOX JUMPS, 8 TOES TO BAR AND INCREASE THE SECOND BARBELL OF THE SNATCH AS MENTIONED (135, 155, 185LBS FOR MALE & 85, 105, 125LBS FOR FEMALE) AND PERFORM 10 REPS.
