About This Competition
Welcome to Battle Valhalla
This is a mixed pairs functional fitness competition based near the centre of York at CrossFit Jorvik.
We believe competition should be fun and competitive for everyone, we want you to leave the day feeling accomplished.
We have have 3 categories Scaled, Intermediate and RX. You will complete 3 seeding workouts and be put in the appropriate category.
Seeding workouts will be released May 1st at 8am to be completed as a pair. These need to be submitted by 31/05/22.
- Sunday 26th June - Scaled / Intermediate / RX
- Stone Baked Pizza onsite
- Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
- Prizes for Event wins, biggest lifts and more

Both athletes will complete a lift in each 3 minute window
You are allowed as many attempts as you wish within the 3 minutes
If you don't manage to complete 9,6 or 3 reps within the given time window your score for that segment will be "0"
