The Beast Mode Course
About This Competition
Put your training to the test. The Beast Mode course is 10-14 workouts that's on a course and your mission is to complete it. The workout will be released September 6th. You will notice the workouts are functional fitness movements that all gyms, trainers and indivuals have perform. Or should have performed at some point. Start training now so you can be prepared for the course. We welcome all fitness levels.
We do not have a return policy, all of our competitons have limited space. If you need to substituate an athlete, you can do that before the deadline.

- 50 ft- Bar Crawl w/ Sandbag M|50lbs W|30lbs
- 60 reps- Plate Clean to OVHD M|45lbs W|35lbs
For Time-
Finisher- After You finish you will get a 1 Minute break.
Max Burpee's for 1 Min- This will be tie breaker
