About This Competition
This will be a two person team event, teams can consist of MM, MF or FF. We will have the following age groups: 35-39, 40-44, 45-49 and 50+. This is going to be the biggest Masters event in the area as we are capping the event at 100 Teams. Programming will be a great mix of strength, gymnastics, cardio and just plain GO!
There will be 3 WODs plus a final for the Top 9 in each age bracket. In the first three workouts you will battle it out by age and division. The top three MM, MF and FF Teams in each division will then move on to the Finals!
**Finals will be worth two times the points.
