About This Competition

Masters - Same sex Teams of 3 in a one day, fun fitness event with a twist.

Age Requirement:

All Members must be over the age of 30, as of 5 December 2021. Teams need to meet an overall age requirement by adding up their *decades (*decades means whether they are in their 30's, 40's, 50's or 60's).

Some acceptable combinations are:

30's + 40's + 40's = 110

30's + 30's + 50's = 110

40's + 40's + 40's = 120

Remember - do not add the actual ages of the team members, but the decades they are in.

Competition Flow:

All competitors will take part in 3 events. The top 5 qualifying teams will then compete in a winner takes all final!

Movements:

All Team Members;

wall balls, rowing, cleans 25kg, ring rows, air squats, burpees, carries

At least One Team Member

toes to bar, pull ups, cleans 35k-50kg (substitutions available if you don't have a team member who can do these movements)

Workouts will be released on 19 November 2021. Final to be released on the competition day.

Refunds / Postponement of Event:

Tickets are non refundable but subsitution of team members is allowed as long as the 110 requirement is still met.

If the event is unable to be held due to a public health order (lockdown) the event will be postponed and a new date announced. Full refund will be made available to any teams who cannot attend the new date.

On the Day:

Specatators are welcome. Coffee and food vans will be on site.
