About This Competition

This is the ultimate lockdown fitness test. You have been training hard while at home, and now it is time for you to put your fitness to test.


For weeks of Fitness and Fun!! Four workouts over four weeks to give you some focus to training and allow you to test your lockdown gains.


Suitable for all ability levels. NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED.


Your only competition is against yourself!!
