About This Competition
Grab your training buddy and get signed up to Crossfit RBR's same sex pairs!
Made to test your engine as well as your friendship, there'll be epic workouts to throw yourselves at.
This is a one day event featuring all divisions below.
Divisions
RX - CrossFit Quarter final Standards including high level gymnastics
Intermediate- CrossFit Open RX Standards.
Scaled - CrossFit Open Scaled Standards.
Venue:
CrossFit RBR is a 4,000 sq.ft facility based on Birchwood business park in Warrington ideally placed just a couple of minutes from the M62.
Workout Release Dates
Workouts will be released in lead up to event to allow testing. The Final will be released on the day.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately we will be unable to provide refunds but will offer transfer of tickets and athlete substitutes will be accepted.

All Categories: 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats
* Athletes can snatch/clean however they like (i.e. power, squat, muscle all accepted)
** If an athlete squats cleans or squat snatches the first rep this does NOT count towards the 2 squats
*** If a lift has been started before the time cap the athlete may finish and the score will count if successful
