About This Competition
We are back for 2022! Join us on September 17th for Marylands largest 1 day team of 3 competition!
We are picking up right where we left off last year and plan on giving you another stellar day of fun and fitness!
Divisions are:
MMM Scaled or Intermediate
FFF Scaled or Intermediate
There will be 4 workouts total- each scored individually. The wods will be released prior to the event.
