Scale A: For Weight (6 min. cap)
Barbell Complex: Clean, hang clean, shoulder to overhead
Male 95, 115, 135, 155
Female 65, 85, 105, 125
B: Max Calorie Bike
When an athlete cannot progress any further in the barbell complex ladder or finishes the ladder, they will bike for max calories in the time remaining
This workout has a score A, the total weight lifted by the team, and a score B, the total calories accumulated on the assault bike in 6 minutes. There is no tie breaker for this workout. Score A and Score B will be treated as two separate workouts in terms of points on the leaderboard.
Athletes will start the workout at their barbells, ready to complete a complex of a clean, hang clean, shoulder to overhead. The bar must remain in the athletes hands throughout the entire complex.
Any kind of clean is allowed and any shoulder to overhead movement is allowed.
Be sure to complete the clean with elbows through the bar, knees and hips fully extended before going to the hang clean.
On the hang clean the barbell must remain above the knee during the hang.
The hang clean can go right into shoulder to overhead without standing the clean all the way up.
Shoulder to overhead will be counted with feet under the hips, knees, hips, and arms fully extended, and bar over the midline of the body.
Judges will call a good rep before the athlete lowers the bar from the overhead position.
An athlete who fails any part of the complex must start the entire complex over if they wish to make another attempt at the complex (i.e. failure at Shoulder to overhead, start again with clean, then hang clean then shoulder to overhead). Any more attempts at the failed weight must take place before any other athlete continues with their attempts.
Athletes will take turns attempting the barbell complex in the order Male, Female, Male, Female.
Male, Female, Male, Female turn order may no longer be possible if both males or females cannot progress in the ladder, that is fine.
Athletes will be responsible for adding weights on their bar (bar starts with beginning weight on) and any teammate may help adding weight to any bar.
Athletes may attempt the complex as many times as they like, but the next teammate cannot attempt the complex until the current athlete completes the complex successfully or retires from the complex ladder and moves to the assault bike.
Once an athlete retires from or finishes the barbell complex ladder, they will go to the assault bike and start biking for calories.

Athletes will start standing at their barbell. Male with female pairs may choose which barbell to lift (male can lift lighter and female can lift heavier).
Teams will complete 60 synchronized hang snatches in male with female pairs. Athletes must be locked out overhead with knees, hips and arms fully extended at the same time for synchronization.
The male with female pairs may switch at the bar whenever they like, and switch up their partner, but there must always be a male and female working at the same time.
After the hang snatches are completed, athletes will travel to the opposite side of the field, with one member of the team completing a 20ft handstand walk (only one member of the team will need to handstand walk).
The rest of the team can stand ready to start the next movement while the handstand walk is being completed, and can start the next movement as soon as the handstand walk is completed.
The handstand walk is started with both hands behind the first line and is completed when both hands touch the ground after the last line. The handstand walk will count a rep every 5ft. If an athlete falls during the walk, they will be returned to the start of the 5ft segment in which they fell. Teams may also have multiple athletes complete different 5ft sections.
Scaled athletes will complete a bear crawl rather than a handstand walk. The bear crawl is completed with hips higher than shoulders and both hands and feet must cross the last line before the bear crawl is considered complete.
After the handstand walk, teams will complete 60 ring dips, one athlete working at a time. Athletes must start with arms locked out at the top of the dip. Armpits must break the plane even with the top of the ring at the bottom of the dip. Arms must return to full lockout at the top of the dip for the repetition to be counted. Kipping is permitted. Teams may set their ring height prior to the start of their heat.
Scaled teams will complete 60 single DB strict presses, one athlete working at a time. The DB will be held with a DB head in each hand, parallel to the ground. The center of the DB must start below the chin. A repetition is completed when the DB is over midline with the arms locked out overhead. The athlete completing the repetitions must be standing in the taped off box on the floor. Only one athlete may be in the box at a time.
Side Workout
RX Wall Ball Shots and T2B for Reps

Athletes 2,3,4: AMRAP T2B in sequence until they fall from pullup bar
Scale Wall Ball Shots and T2B for Reps
Athlete 1: AMRAP wall ball shots until all other athletes fall from pullup bar
14lbs
Athletes 2,3,4: AMRAP Knee raises in sequence until they fall from pullup bar
The team score is the total repetitions of wall ball shots and toes to bar/knee raises completed. There is no tie breaker for this workout.
One athlete will be chosen by the team to be the only person completing wall ball shots (20lb rx, 14lb scaled) during the entirety of the workout.
The other three athletes will be completing toes to bar (rx) or knee raises above the waist (scaled) during the entirety of the workout (only grips and chalk permitted on hands).
When the workout starts, one athlete will begin an amrap of wall ball shots to a 10ft target and the other three athletes will jump up onto the pull up bar to begin an amrap of toes to bar/knee raises.
The athlete completing wall ball shots can work and rest as they see fit as long as there is at least one athlete hanging from the pullup bar.
Once an athlete can no longer maintain a grip on the pullup bar and drops to the ground, their portion of the workout has ended.
The workout continues until the last athlete on the pull up bar can no longer maintain their grip and drops to the ground, at which point the athlete completing wall ball shots must stop working.
Athletes completing toes to bar/knee raises will maintain a sequential turn order for completing reps while hanging from the pull up bar (ex: athlete 2, athlete 3, athlete 4, athlete 2, athlete 3, athlete 4)
Athletes may dead hang as long as they like from the pull up rig, but one repetition of toes to bar/knee raises MUST be completed before the next athlete IN TURN ORDER may complete any repetitions of toes to bar/knee raises.

70’ Sled push (25lbs/40lbs)
9 Jumping pull ups
70’ Sled push (25lbs/40lbs)
The score for this workout is the total time taken to complete the workout, or the number of repetitions completed at the time cap. There is no tiebreaker for this workout.
One athlete working at a time. Must maintain order of Female, Female, Male, Male.
Sled push must completely start behind starting line and entire sled must be pushed completely past the end line every time for the repetition to count (70’).
Each 35’ of sled push counts for a rep(midfield one rep, end line one rep).
Sled can be spun by athletes or pegs can be moved to the opposite side for the turn, this can be done before or after the pullups.
Pull ups can be strict, kipping, or butterfly.
Pull ups must have chin CLEARLY above the bar, if it is not perfectly clear to the judge it is a no rep.
If the judge has to think about it, it is a no rep, “ehhhh…”= no rep
Sled will be pushed completely past the starting line, on the way back, that is an additional two reps( one rep for midfield, one rep for passing the starting line).
Athletes are responsible for switching weights, all teammates can assist with this task.
Weights will be added every time it is the males’ turn to start pushing. The weight the males just finished pushing will be the weight the females push at the start of the next round (round 1, 21 pullups guys push 25lbs, round 2, 15 pullups girls start pushing 25lbs).
All athletes will complete the first round of 21 pullups, prior to any athletes moving onto round 2 of 15 pullups, and round 3 of 9 pullups.
Scaled
Jumping pull ups will be set to a height where the athletes elbow will exceed 90 degrees while standing at rest with hands on the bar.
Jumping pull ups will start from a position where the arm is completely extended, and return to this position at the start of each repetition.
The order of female, female, male, male must be maintained in order to keep the addition of weight to the sleds straightforward.
