Workouts
One partner has ten minutes to complete Heavy Grace:
30 Clean and Jerks For Time 165/115lbs (scaled 125/85lbs)
then
One partner has ten minutes to complete Squat Isabel:
30 Squat Snatches for Time 135/95lbs (scaled 95/65lbs)
Times will inputted as two individual scores. Every missed rep will be an additional second added to the final time.
Part One:
Both athletes have five minutes to get one bar muscle up (scaled: pull up.)
There is a fifteen second starting delay in part B for any athlete that doesn’t achieve a muscle up.
Part Two:
Five Rounds for Time of:
20 Toes to bar
20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
20 V-ups
12 Minute Time Cap. Athletes are welcome to divide reps however they would like.
Any additional reps will be added as seconds to the final score.
Scaled:
Hanging Knee Raises
Kettlebell Swings 16/12kg
Sit-Ups
As Many Reps As Possible in 20 Minutes (With No Clock):
Synchronized 500m Bike (with no screen visible to athletes)
One Synchronized Shuttle Run (there and back)
Add an additional Shuttle Run with each additional round.
500m Bike counts as five reps - each 100m counts for one rep (scoring will round down.)
