About This Competition
MORPH MAYHEM
Welcome to Morph Mayhem! The Riverina's Premier team competition, is a single-day, team fitness competition with Rx and Intermediate Divisions.
Whether this is your first-ever competition or you are a seasoned CrossFitter this competition is for you. Our Intermediate Division is set to make the day fun, and let you experience how awesome a team competition is, all while giving you a challenging day.
We are also introducing a new Masters's division this year. This is an open category (every s everyone). Both team members must be 40+ years of age.
The RX Division is set to be a challenge, with prize money up for grabs you will have to work for it!
(Our RX standards follow that of the CF open. If you are able to RX the open you can RX our competition.)
What you can expect!
There is plenty of parking along the street where we are located so you don't need to worry about that!
There will be plenty of room for you and your entire family/community to come and hang out for the weekend. We recommend you bring a gazebo to sit under and a few chairs so Teams and Affiliates can have their own space to hang out and enjoy life between workouts.
REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTES
There will be No Refunds. however, you can substitute any teams or teammates you like before on day registration closes. Please let us know if you need to make any changes to your team.

Upon Registration, all competitors will also receive a Free Morph Mayhem Shirt for the day!
FOOD/DRINKS
A coffee van will be provided on the day.
We recommend you bring any other food you wish to eat throughout the day, as well as drinks and snacks to get you between events.
If you happen to forget anything we are close to the CBD of Wagga which provides many food options. We are also roughly 2km from the nearest Service station for any drinks or quick purchases.

Workouts

3 Attempts total to establish your heaviest set.
(2min on / 2min off x 3 sets)
Both team members will have 2 minutes to complete the complex. Only 1 attempt per team member per 2-minute window. if you fail a set you do not get another chance within that 2-minute time frame.
Event #1 is a 3.4km Team Run.
Starting at Apex Park, Teams will run holding a rope to Wagga Boat Club. Once reaching the boat club they will complete a loop and run back to Apex Park to finish. Both team members must be holding the rope at all times. If the rope is dropped by any team member you must stop running until both team members have a hand on the rope.
There is a scaled option of 1.5km which can also be walked. If you decide to scale the event both team members must scale.
