About This Competition

Cumming Strength & Fitness presents the Southeast Summer Classic, a 2-day fitness competition consisting of both individual and team RX & Scaled divisions.

This event will not only feature local and regional vendors, but is fully inclusive to any competitor's fitness level. From your weekend warriors, new-to-CrossFit friend, or someone looking for some good competition, the Southeast Summer Classic is for you. 

Important Details:

There will be a total of five workouts for all divisions spread accross Saturday and Sunday (September 11th & 12th).

Four events will take place at Cumming Strength and Fitness, with one of the events will take place at Sawnee Mountain Park (10mins away from facility).
