Description: Partner 1 starts on DB DT while Partner 2 is on the Skierg for max calories. Partners switch places once partner 1 is done with DB DT, partners continue to switch back and forth until a total of 6 rounds is completed. Once done both partners work in the remaining time to accumulate as many calories as possible on the Skierg.

12 Burpee Sandbag Over the Box Get-Overs (each partner must do 6)
25’ Synchro Bearhug Sandbag Carry Over Obstacle Back
RX : Sandbag 125/100 Box 40”
Scaled : Sandbag 100/75 Box 30”
Description: Both partners start together with 10 Synchro Bearhug Sandbag Squats, then it is follow the leader for the 25' Carry. Partner 1 performs one burpee sandbag over the box get-overs followed by partner 2 until 12 are completed (6 per partner). Partners do another 25' carry and repeat what they did in round 1. Finish is the final 25' carry back to the start line.

Each partner must complete a minimum of 10 calories per machine
Rx Wallball 20/14, 10’/9’ Target
Scaled Wallball 14/10, 10’/9’ Target
Description: Partners will work together to complete 30 wall balls, 30 cal row and 30 cal assault bike, then do 40 wall balls, 40 cal row and 40 cal assault bike, then do 50 wall balls, 50 cal row and finish with 50 cal on the assault bike. Each partner must do a minimum of 10 calories on each of the machines.
Top 4 Teams per division will compete in a elimination format. To be announced day of competition.
