About This Competition
Welcome to The Decathlon at TWR CrossFit!
The Decathlon is back with a whole new format!
Teams of 4 (2 males, 2 females)
Rx and Scaled divisions: capped at 40 teams total
IN PERSON: at TWR CrossFit in Indianapolis, IN
ONLINE: anywhere in the world
10 events: (each person will participate in 5 events)
2 team of 4 events
4 individual events (each person on the team does one)
4 pairs events (1 male/male, 1 female/female, 2 mixed pairs)
Online “qualifier” that will allow selection of heats/time slots and order of WOD clusters from the top finishers down

28-36 min: Individual Male #2 max lift TBA
36-44 min: Female pairs MetCon TBA (8 min cap)

7:30-8:30am: Athlete Check-in
8:30am-8:45am: welcome announcements, movement standards review
8:45-9:00am: warm-up for first heats
9:00-9:52am: Heat 1 WOD Cluster #1 Room A and Room B
9:52-10:00am: Set-up for Heat 2
10:00-10:52am: Heat 2 WOD Cluster #1 Room A and Room B
10:52-11:00am: Set-up for Heat 3
11:00-11:52am: Heat 3 WOD Cluster #1 Room A and Room B
11:52-12:00pm: Set-up for Heat 1
12:00-12:52pm: Heat 1 WOD Cluster #2 Room A and Room B
12:52-1:00pm: Set-up for Heat 2
1:00-1:52pm: Heat 2 WOD Cluster #2 Room A and Room B
1:52-2:00pm: Set-up for Heat 3
2:00-2:52pm: Heat 3 WOD Cluster #2 Room A and Room B
2:52-3:00pm: Prep for Finals, 5 teams from each division
3:00-3:10pm: announcement of Finals teams and Team of 4 WOD review

3:35-3:40pm: Set-up for Rx
3:40-3:55pm: Rx Finals
3:55-4:10pm: Awards Presentations/Pictures
