About This Competition
Willkommen zum ersten District Eighteen LIFTMAS Event.
3 Wochen lang jeden Freitag gibt es ein Lifting Workout für euch, von welchem ihr euren Score online loggen könnt.
Das Workout könnt ihr entweder in der Klasse absolvieren, oder falls ihr am Freitag nicht in der Box seid, bis Montag abend euren Score loggen.
