About This Competition
Here is your chance to do some FUN and CHALLENGING workouts with your friends!! Driven712 Garage Gym is hosting its annual Reindeer Games fundraiser on (TBD) and will have 4 tests to complete in a M/M and F/F partner style, one day competition!

Workouts released prior to event.

How the workout works:
At the start of the workout complete 30 squat cleans for time and then move directly into the AMRAP of devils press, box jump and toes 2 bar.
Standard squat clean: start with bar on the ground, make sure hip drop below parallel and stand tall with knee, hips locked out BEFORE you bring the bar down to do the next rep.
Devils press :
Hands do not need to remain on the dumbbell when gong into the burpee portion of the movement..
For RX and intermediate athletes your chest and hips must touch the ground, hips and knees and elbows locked out at the top before you bring the dumbbell back down.
Scaled athletes you do NOT need to touch chest and hips to the floor. you are required to step out (and step back in) into a high plank on the burpee portion of the movement. jumping in and out will not count as a good rep. hips, knees and elbows still need to be locked out at the top of the movement before bringing dumbbell back to ground.
box jumps:
RX and intermediate
2 feet take off and 2 foot landing. hips and knees locked out at the top of the movement before stepping down. you must STEP off the box. jumping down will count as a no rep.
scaled athletes will step up and step off 20' box. Hips and Knees must lock out at the top of the movement before stepping down.
Toes 2 Bar / knee raises
RX /intermediate athletes
must start in a dead hang, feet must go behind rig before bringing toes up to the rig both feet must touch at the same time.
scaled athletes
Must start in a dead hang feet go behind rig before bringing knees up to parallel for knee raises.

Thruster standards
-Bar starts on the ground, can not take from rig.
-Hips need to be below parallel (if we have to guess it's a no rep)
- full extension of hips
- Arm locked at the top of the press
-athletes may start with a squat clean on their 1st rep
Burpee standards
- chest and hips touch the floor
- RX /intermediate--> the jump does not need to be a 2 foot take off but both feet need to be in the air at the same time. If we have to guess it will be a no rep.
-Scaled will be step out burpees still need to touch hips and chest to floor and step over Bar.
Score- Add 1 sec to your time for every thruster not completed before the 12 min time cap.
