About This Competition

Vi genbesøger First Timers værterne fra 2017 når Gladsaxe CrossFit danner rammerne for en første debutantkonkurrence i 2020; First Timers 20.1

'First Timers 20.1' er to separate en-dags konkurrencer med hhv. TEAM (samme køn og Mix) om lørdagen og INDIVIDUEL om søndagen.

Husk, at First Timers er en debutantkonkurrence, hvor atleterne ikke tidligere må have deltaget i åbne konkurrencer, hverken som team eller individuel (OPEN, interne konkurrencer og lign. undtaget). Endvidere skal alle atleter EFTER BEDSTE OVERBEVISNING være på begynder-niveau på konkurrencedagen.

Vi forstår at vurdering af eget niveau kan være vanskeligt - vi appellerer derfor altid til sparing med lokale instruktører ligesom vi selvfølgelig gerne giver vores sparsomme vurdering. Er man instruktør eller træner med man på Øvet/RX niveau hjemme i boxen, bør man som minimum overveje en Scaled konkurrence i stedet. Vi gør hvad vi kan for at undgå 'sandbagging', men har brug for jeres ærlighed og respekt for First Timers konceptet.

Vi håber, at de garvede atleter, instruktører og boxledere rundt omkring i landets boxe og træningscentre vil tage First Timers atleterne under deres vinger og sikre dem de bedste forberedelser til konkurrencen.

1) Ved burpee box jumps skal brystet skal have kontakt med gulvet, samtidigt fodafsæt samt fuld lock-out og kontrol på kassen.
2) DB ground-to-overhead må udføres som snatches eller clean'n'press/jerk. Begge hoveder på DB skal have kontakt med gulvet.
3) Roning er indtil i 16 gentagelser (for hver 50m)
4) Scoren er tiden når atleten står på målpladen efter at have udført alle gentagelser eller ved time cap som 'CAP + xx', hvor xx er antal gentagelser udført indenfor tidsgrænsen.
5) Eventet scores op til 100 point.

1) DB Ground-to-overhead samt roning udføres You go, I go uden krav til skifte.
2) Ved burpee box jumps skal brystet skal have kontakt med gulvet, samtidigt fodafsæt samt fuld lock-out og kontrol på kassen.
3) For at øvelsen er korrekt synkron skal begge atleter have brystet i jorden samtidig samt være i lock-out på kassen samtidig.
4) DB ground-to-overhead må udføres som snatches eller clean'n'press/jerk - dog ikke fra hang. Begge hoveder på DB skal have kontakt med gulvet.
5) Scoren er antallet gentagelser udført PLUS antallet af meter tilbagelagt indenfor tidsgrænsen.
