We are excited to announce CrossFit North Devon's Fitness competition - Element X!...
A competition to test your strength and fitness in teams of 3 (same sex).
Open to all abilities! RXD and scaled option available too!…

We are located in a beautiful part of Devon, with fantastic beaches closeby to visit after!….
We will release the WODs the week before so participating athletes have a chance to game plan and practice them.
A full briefing takes place on the morning of the competition. Please read the movement standards on Competition Corner under each workout. We will provide demos and briefing on the day, and answer any questions.

Workouts
AMRAP - 12 Minutes, plus max metres on Rower
Part A)
15 Deadlifts
12 Hang Power Cleans
9 Shoulder-to-Overhead
Weight = 50 / 35kg
Part B)
Row - Max metres in 12 minutes
3 rounds for max calories + max reps:
- 90 seconds on:
1 person on Assault Bike
2 people Burpee Over Box
- 30 seconds rest between each round.
Every round the team member will swap on bike so each team member will have 1 round on the Bike and 2 rounds on Burpee over Box
Total time: 5 minutes 30 seconds
Rest 2:30 minutes, straight into part B)
3 Rep Max Thruster
7 minutes to find 3 rep max thruster for each person.
3 Rounds for Time - (Time cap 13 minutes)
50 Double Unders - One person working
40 Wallballs - One person working (9/6kg)
30 Plate Ground to Over Head - (20/10 kg) - Synchro x 3
20 Sit-Ups - Synchro x 3
10 Hand-release press-Ups- Synchro x 3
AMRAP - 12 Minutes, plus max metres on Rower
