Scaled Female - Should be able to perform:
- Cycling 25kg Clean & Jerks
- Cycling 15kg Snatches
- Cycling 40kg Deadlifts
- 1 x 10kg Dumbbell Movements
- Ring Rows, Hanging Knee Raises, Single Unders, Knee Push Ups
Scaled Male - Should be able to perform:
- Cycling 40kg Clean & Jerks
- Cycling 25kg Snatches
- Cycling 60kg Deadlifts
- 1 x 15kg Dumbbell Movements
- Ring Rows, Hanging Knee Raises, Single Unders, Knee Push Ups
Intermediate Female - Should be able to perform:
- Cycling 40kg Clean & Jerks
- Cycling 30kg Snatches
- Cycling 65kg Deadlift
- 1 x 15kg Dumbbell Movements
- Pull Ups, Toes To Bar, Double Unders, Kipping HSPU with Ab Mat
Intermediate Men - Should be able to perform:
- Cycling 60kg Clean & Jerks
- Cycling 40kg Snatches
- Cycling 90kg Deadlift
- 1 x 22.5/15kg Dumbbell Movements
- Pull Ups, Toes To Bar, Double Unders, Kipping HSPU with Ab Mat
Masters - Same movement standards as scaled. Both team members must be over 35 and ages combine to 75 or over.
