GYMNASTICS: We may include HSPU, MU, & pistols - only one athlete must be competent with the move


Scaled Standard

Dumbell @ 20/12.5kg

GYMNASTICS: We may include TTB, HSPU (with alternative) and Pull-ups - only need one athlete to be competent with the move
