Time to test yourself against the 3 pillars of performance in our Hybrid style event
Strength / Power / Endurance
Be prepared to take the floor and battle it out across 4 workouts with the Final being the 5th event, we will test all aspects of your physical and mental capabilities and see how you cope against anything that's thrown at you.
Saturday will see beginner and intermediates take the floor
