All team funds will go towards peps 2024 Crossfit Games Campaign!!
Beginner Intermediate Advanced
3 workouts - 1 day, same sex pairs, Saturday 22nd June 8am kickoff
A silent leaderboard with a twist!
So you’ve never done a comp before? This is the perfect place to start!! The day is about community, coming together, having fun and getting around our little mate.... and revving the engine.
If you need to change partners last minute please email us with your substitute with enough time.
Make sure to bring all the gym stuff you would normally use in a workout!!
Bring food and drink to keep you refreshed for the day! We will have undercover hang out area for all athletes in between heats!!
