Workouts

For total max weight combined:

 

6 mins to estabilish 1 RM of Hang Synchro Snatch

 

At 3,2,1, GO, the athletes start to load the barbell with the
desired weight; the synchro repetition start when both
athletes have deadlift the bar to the hips before bringing the
bar to the hang (above the line of the knees).
At that point, both athletes perform the hang snatch (any
style). Repetition is credit when both the athletes are
standing in full extension with the barbell overhead.
If one of the two athletes fail the lift, both the athletes have to
start back from the floor.

5 Rounds for time (cap 10 mins)

25ft Worm walking lunges

Alt Devil's Press 50/35 (S:35/20)
Box Jump Over 24/20 (S: box step over)
Thruster 115/85 (M:105/75) (S:95/65)

 

Athlete starts at their staring area. After the 3,2,1, GO, the
athletes run to the dumbbells to perform the first set of
alternating synchro devil's press. After the devil's press,
they are going to move to synchro Box jump over and the
thrusters. This is going to be repeated until every set (18-12-
6) has been repeated for each movement.

Ski Cals

Athlete starts at their staring area. After the 3,2,1, GO, the
athletes run to the rowers and split as desired the buy in of
100/80 cal row. After the buy in is completed, athletes start
the Amrap in the remaining time, increasing the reps of C2B
and Deadlift every round, but keeping the Ski cals at 5.
Athletes may split the work as desired.
