Hogweights School of Swolecraft and Liftery
About This Competition
Hogweight School of Swolecraft and Liftery is proud to announce our Third Annual Lifttich competition on August 26, 2023.
This year our competition will consist of the CrossFit Total with a twist. Each house, Liftenmore, Hufflebuff, Ravencurl, and Slythergains will compete for house points and well as individual points.
If you already know your house, fantastic, please register under your house. If you do not know your house, a house quiz you can take to see where you belong will be posted shortly.
Unfortunately, muggles can not compete in this event, however, if you are a muggle and want to participate, we will need volunteers. Volunteers will receive a shirt and a goodie bag.
Registration will be open from June 15th to August 15th.

$50 w a shirt
This year $15 of each registration will be donated to Destiny Rescue.
Destiny Rescue’s mission is to rescue kids from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and to help them stay free.
Destiny Rescue’s vision is to play a leading role in ending the sexual exploitation and trafficking of children in our lifetime.

Workouts
Each Lifter will have 3 attempts to go for a 1RM Back Squat. Each attempt is limited to 90 seconds. Each lifter will lift in order of the weight on the bar. If your first lift is 95# and your second lift is 115#, you will wait for the other lifters who's weight is between 95# and 115#
