About This Competition

Compétition en ligne amateur réservé pour les membres de CrossFit All Elements.

Cette compétition est gatuite et se déroulera sur 4 semaines.

Il s'agira uniquement de WODs type Home WODs qui nécessite pas de matériel, uniquement la corde à sauter.

1 WOD par semaine qui sort le vendredi matin à 6:00 am

Niveaux; RX & Scaled

Niveau RX = Fais les Home WODs sans adapter

Niveau Scaled = Fais les Home WODs avec adaptation

 

Etape 1 : Inscription (RX ou scaled) du mardi 31 mars 8:00 am au dimanche 5 avril 1:00 pm

Etape 2 : Sortie du premier WOD le vendredi 3 avril à 6:00 am 

Etape 3 Faire le WOD et mettre son résultat en ligne d'ici le dimanche 5 avril à 8:00 pm

 

Le schéma sera comme ci-dessous

  • Annonce du WOD 1 vendredi 3 avril 6:00 am Enregistrement du résultat WOD 1 au plus tard dimanche 5 avril 8:00 pm 

 

  • Annonce du WOD 2 vendredi 10 avril 6:00 am
    Enregistrement du résultat au plus tard dimanche 12 avril 8:00 pm 

 

  • Annonce du WOD 3 vendredi 17 avril 6:00 am
    Enregistrement du résultat au plus tard dimanche  19 avril 8:00 pm 

 

  • Annonce du WOD 4 vendredi 24 avril 6:00 am
    Enregistrement du résultat au plus tard dimanche 26 avril 8:00 pm
