About This Competition

Onsite indoor/outdoor competition for same-sex teams of 2 at LEO's Fitness, 2355 US 45 N, Harrisburg, IL.

3 workouts, a floater, plus a final workout for top 4 teams in each division

3 workouts released before August 1st (floater and final workouts are a surprise!)

$150 registration fee ($75/person) **INCLUDES A TSHIRT OR TANK**

RX and Scaled divisions (see standards below to decide which division to sign up for)

Teams can substitute members up to the day of competition

Rx: 100/70,  Scaled: 70/50

-Cleans max weight - 

Rx: 205/155,  Scaled: 135/95

-Snatch -

Rx: 115/85, Scaled: 75/55

-Thrusters -

Rx: 115/85, Scaled: 75/55

-Back/front squats -

Rx: 135/95, Scaled: 95/65

-Shoulder 2 Overhead -

Rx: 115/85, Scaled: 75/55

-Dumbbell Work -

Rx: 50/35, Scaled: 35/25

- KB Work -

Rx: 53/35, Scaled: 35/26

50/40 Calorie Echo Bike

10 single person tire flips

Return tire to start position

 

Bike calories and tire flips can be

split as desired between teammates,

bike cals must be completed before

teammates can begin tire flips.

 

Teammates must return the tire to

the start position anyway they choose.

 

5 MINUTE TIME CAP

6 rounds

9 Clusters 115/85

12 Bar over burpees

15 Toes to bar

13 Minute Time Cap

7 minutes to establish heaviest complex of:

1 snatch

+

1 hang snatch

+

1 OH squat

 

Both teammates will work at the same time, sharing one barbell to each work up to

a heavy complex.

Can sub back squat for OH squat if desired

12 Min AMRAP
