About This Competition

Welcome to the 2016 WODSERIES National Championship. This is an individual online/ affiliate competition that will be held at affiliate locations across the country. You may compete at your own gym with other members or you may travel to a box nearby to compete against other athletes in your area. We are encouraging all affiliate locations to participate and join together with other local boxes to hold mini comps during the series competition. This is a great chance for all affiliates to build team unity, test your training and hold a venue at your location.
We encourage BBQ's, Potlucks, Open House Events, Fund Raisers and More!

The Winning Athlete in Each Age Division will receive a WODSERIES National Championship Banner to hang in their gym, National Championship Gear and give aways from our Sponsors. The winners will also be featured on our website and social media sites.

    Workouts

    Complete 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2

    - Toe To Bar
    - Double Unders x 5
    Example: Double Unders = 10,20,30,40,50,40,30,20,10

    Movement Standards:
Squat Cleans: Each rep must start from the ground, the athlete must squat below parallel and stand up fully before rep is counted. The athlete may then drop the weight and continue with the next rep.

Toe To Bar: Both feet must touch the bar at the same time in order for the rep to count. No touch - No Rep!

Double Unders: Make sure to only count the completed reps, do not count an attempt.

    RX Weights:
    Age 18-49 = Men - 135/ Women - 95lbs
    Age 50-54 = Men - 125/ Women - 85lbs (Level 1)
    Age 55-59 = Men - 115/ Women - 75lbs (Level 2)
    Age 60+ = Men - 105/ Women - 65lbs (Level 3)

    SCALING THE WODS

WEIGHTS: You may choose a weight other than the RX weight for your age goup, however you must enter your scores as a Scaled Athlete. We recommend choosing a weight that challenges you, but you can perform safely. You may list you weight category by choosing Level 1, 2, or 3. RX scores will ALWAYS rank higher than Scaled Versions.

DOUBLE UNDERS: If you are unable to do Double Unders, you may perform single unders by multiplying the double unders x three
    Example Single Unders: 30,60,90,120,150,120,90,60,30

TOES TO BAR: If you are unable to do Toes To Bar, you may do Knees to Elbows or Knees to Chest instead, again make sure you enter your score as SCALED
