Memphis' Most Fun Fitness Competition II
About This Competition
Join us for the second annual Memphis' Most Fun Fitness Competition! This is an event like no other. Get ready to test your fitness abilities, creativity and general bad-assery!
When: Saturday, October 28th, 2023
Where: NBS Fitness Collierville
Format: Teams of 2 (Same Sex)
Cost: $150 per team. Registration includes one t-shirt per team member. (Deadline to receive a t-shirt is October 13th 5:00 p.m.!!)
Events: 5 scored events combining traditional fitness competition + FIELD DAY FUN!
Three Division Options:
Division 1 - This division is going to be most fun for the athlete who can complete most workouts at the Brown or Black Levels and complete the following:
Barbell Shoulder to Overhead 135/95, Kipping Pullups, Box Jump Overs 24/20", Wall Walks to 10" from the wall, Toes to bar, Weighted Box Step Overs 50/35
Division 2 - This division is going to be most fun for the athlete who can complete most workouts at the Blue and Purple Levels and complete the following:
Barbell Shoulder to Overhead 95/65, Jumping Pullups, Box Jump Overs 24/20", Wall Walks to 30" from the wall, Hanging Knee Tucks, Weighted Box Step Overs 35/25
Division 3 - This division is going to be most fun for the athlete who can complete most workouts at the Orange, Yellow, and White Levels and complete the following:
Barbell Shoulder to Overhead 55/35, Ring Rows, Box Step Overs 20/16", Shoulder Taps, Planks, Weighted Box Step Overs 20/15
So what do we really mean by FUN?
When we say “FUN” in Memphis’ Most Fun Fitness Competition, we are not only testing the broad reaches of your day to day training but your ability to adapt to the unknown, which in this case, is field day! Think mixing your traditional field day events with functional fitness. You’ll have to work with your teammate, literally in some cases, to navigate a wide array of physical tests mixed with old school field day events.
Prizes will be awarded to:
Top Male and Female Team in both Divisions (6 prizes)
The team with the best name
The team with the best outfits

Bring a tent, a chair and BYOB! We'll have food vendors and sponsors on site. Going to be a fun event!

D1 - 25/20 Calories, 135/95 STO, Chin over pullup, 24/20" Box, Hands 10" from the wall on the wall walks
D2 - 20/15 Calories, 95/65 STO, Jumping pullup, 20/16" Box, Hands 30" from the wall on the wall walks
D3 - 15/10 Calories, 55/35 STO, Ring Row, 20/16" Box step over, 20 Shoulder taps instead of wall walks
