About This Competition

Athletes will be asked to complete 4 workouts over the weekend.

Workouts will be released prior to August 24th and must all be submitted before the August 29th at 5pm.

There are RX, Scaled and Masters (40 years young and up) divisions.

Workouts must be judged in person by another registered competitor or a coach from a recognized functional fitness gym.  If you do not have a judge or can not complete at a recognized gym, please upload a video to youtube and email link to kootenaycup@outlook.com.
