Tuff Love - 2020
About This Competition
What: A partner competition where you build the best team you can for one big day of competition. Teams are Male/Female with the option of Female/Female teams and one Female would have to complete any Male requirements on the floor.
When: Saturday, February 22, 2020
Where: CrossFit Sanitas, Boulder, CO
Details:
- Teams are Male/Female
- Classic CrossFit programming that's sure to test all levels
- Expect 3 main events, and possible floater or final event
- Movement/weight requirements for each division
- Three divisions
- Open ($180 per team)
- RX ($180 per team)
- Masters - Must have a total age of 80 or above ($180 per team)
Tons of prizes up for grabs for all podium finishers plus $CASH$ for the RX podium finishers.

*While Partner Holds Deadlift Position
1 Barbell, 1 Bike
Partner 1: Establish 3 RM Back Squat
Partner 2: Establish 1 RM Front Squat
Bike Calories = Pounds added to total
5 minutes to establish max pounds for squat + bike combined. Partners can be on the bike at any point during the 5 minutes.

200ft Shuttle Run

Each Partner must complete each segment and then tag partner to complete next segment. This is a relay style event!
